CoCo Minneapolis
400 South 4th Street #4 Minneapolis, MN 55415Description
Would you like to experience how we use StrengthsFinder to help build strong people, strong teams and strong cultures?
Are you, or do you work with, a decision maker in your organization who focuses on the training and development of your employees?
Would you like to learn more about your own strengths?
If you answered yes to some of those questions, join us March 20, 2015, at LVC headquarters located in the CoCo Coworking and Collaborative Workspace, 1:00 - 4:30 p.m.
You are invited to our strengths based preview experience to discover how employees in your organization would benefit by working with our team and how the Gallup StrengthsFinder™ themes can be leveraged in your organization.
During this preview experience, you will discover the unique approach that Leadership Vision Consulting (LVC) takes as we work with organizations building strong people, strong teams, and strong cultures.
You have to experience what we do and be able to go back to your organization and explain why you would hire us to work with your employees. This preview will help you do that.
It is designed to give you a chance to experience three of our core offerings:
1. StrengthsFinder 201
2. 1 to 1 Conversations
3. Learning Community 360
We will collect your top 5 strengths results prior to the experience. If you haven't taken the assessment, it is available here.
Space is limited, so RSVP as soon as possible.
A study by the Gallup Organization has found the following:
“Our most recent research suggests that 29% of the U.S. workforce is actively engaged, 55% is not engaged, and 16% is actively disengaged…. If 55% of all U.S. workers are not engaged, and 16% are actively disengaged, then 71% of the Americans who go to work every day aren't engaged in their role. Engaged employees produce more, they make more money for the company, they create emotional engagement with the customers they serve, and they create environments where people are productive and accountable. We also know that engaged employees stay with the organization longer and are much more committed to quality and growth than the other two groups.”
At LVC, we help move the needle on employee enagement in a positive way. Join us and find out how!
